Order Processing
Payments
We use the Stripe service for credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover & Diners. We also accept PayPal for purchases made online. Credit cards and PayPal are charged when you place your order. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Payments by check or money orders are accepted and must be in U.S. funds. Orders paid by check or money order will not be shipped until the payment is received at The Infinite Way office.

Sales Tax
The locally applicable sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to a California address. MP3s, downloadable PDFs, Gift Certificates, classes, and other items that are downloaded rather than shipped are not subject to sales tax.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within five to seven working days. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver our orders. If USPS provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some shipping methods will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the materials you purchase and your location. We charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of our shipping materials. Shipping costs are shown on the checkout page before you place your order. We use First Class or Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office for orders within the United States, and we use USPS First Class International or USPS International Priority Mail for those orders outside of the United States.
Back Orders
If any items in your order are backordered, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock and refund the amount of the backordered items. We will notify you of the backorder and cancellation status.
Returns
All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within that 30-day period for replacement, exchange, or refund. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for replacement or refund.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information we need to fulfill your order. This includes your:
- Name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Email address (if ordering online)
- Telephone contact number
- Product order information (product number, quantity, price, method of payment)
Your credit card information entered as part of the online order process is sent directly to the Stripe credit card processing service and is not retained by The Infinite Way Office. Credit card information provided to us directly for telephone orders is then entered into the Stripe Credit Card processing service and we then destroy the credit card information in our notes of the telephone call.
How Your Personal Information is Used
Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or distribute your information to ANYONE.
As Joel directed, The Infinite Way does not market or promote Joel’s works. We may choose to communicate with you about changes to the website or to our policies using your postal address, email address, or telephone number. If you do not wish to be contacted even for this purpose, please use the Contact Us page to send a message to that effect.
Security and Storage
Only your order data, which includes your billing address, shipping address, and order content, is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to store your shopping cart contents and recognize you on your next visit to our website. We use cookies only for this purpose.
How long we retain your data
Order information as described above is retained at least for the time period required for tax reporting records.
Contact us messages and voice messages (or their transcript) become the property of The Infinite Way Office and are retained as needed for review of site performance and user satisfaction.
What rights you have over your data
We conform to regulatory requirements such as the European Union GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the State of California, and other applicable regulatory bodies. You have the right to request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your data is never sold nor shared
Other than the transmission of credit card information to Stripe or the credit authorization to PayPal, we do not send your data to any other entity. We never share or sell data from our site.
Analytics
This site stores sales records, as described above, and may use that information to prepare sales reports for the purposes of sales tax reporting and product trending; these reports do not track individual usage, i.e. the reports are anonymous. This site uses Google Analytics to report anonymously on use of the site pages. The site collects anonymous on-site statistical and usage information for the purpose managing and improving the site. No personal data is collected or stored for analytics, other than sales records.
