Starting in 1954, Joel S. Goldsmith sent a Monthly Letter to interested and earnest students of The Infinite Way. Speaking of the Monthly Letter, Joel said:
“The idea behind this new series is two-fold: first, it is our contact with each other in God; second, it is a point of contact between the student and myself. Because of the degree of oneness with the Father that is my experience, the degree of oneness with you and through you makes for a continuity of contact. Each Letter provides the unfolding of specific principles which we may embody in our daily experience; each one is a lesson in spiritual living.
“All those who are students of The Infinite Way are already a part of that contact through reading and studying the Writings, through hearing the recordings and attending classwork, and these Letters serve as one more link in the chain of conscious oneness between us. Ours is a spiritual relationship–one that is closer than family or social relationships. We are of the Household of God because we are in and of the One Divine Consciousness which is God, and It voices Itself through these Letters for the universal good.”
Through the Monthly Letter, Joel communicated to students the fresh new insights that came through in his classes and meditations. For many years, Joel’s editor, Lorraine Sinkler, assisted him in producing the Letter. Following Joel’s transition in 1964, Lorraine continued to work with Emma Goldsmith to issue the Monthly Letter, drawing on the rich resource of Joel’s recorded classes. In 1977, Geri McDonald, Emma’s daughter and then the Trustee for the Estate of Joel S. Goldsmith, took over responsibility for the Monthly Letter. In 1988, Sue Ropac, Geri’s daughter and current trustee for the Estate, assumed the responsibility, and today she continues the tradition of sending a Monthly Letter to students who subscribe.

Subscription Options
The Monthly Letter is available in paper or electronic format. Paper Letters are mailed on the first of each month. The electronic Letter is sent by email on the first of each month. The annual subscription prices are shown below. Applicable California sales tax will be added to subscriptions sent to a California address.
NOTICE: Effective January 15, 2023, prices will increase for the printed Infinite Way Monthly Letters that are sent via US Postal Service, due to increases in printing and postage costs. We have held the same price for many years, but find it necessary to make the adjustment at this time. The new prices will be:
— US Mail Monthly Letter: US$24 per year (US$2.00 per month)
— International Monthly Letter: US$36 per year (US$3.00 per month)
All renewals beginning on January 15, 2023 will be at the new rates.
The electronic delivery of the Monthly Letter will remain the same at US$15 per year.
